The one thing I can’t compromise with is FOOD. No matter how tired or how lazy I am, the
only thing that satisfies my structurally tired body and mind is something to
eat. After I came to Thailand the
easiest place to hit for basically any kind of food is 7/11. Firstly because of the accessibility of the
variety of food, its location and its
24*7 open timing has made it very convenient for me to buy food from there.
The Criticism of Fast food stores are always heard of, so
here’s what I did to break the talk for once. After a very busy morning I
wasn’t really in the mood to cook lunch so I got a taro bread from 7/11 and
turned into what I will call “ Triple
breakfast Treat”.
It’s a very simple presentation that can be a main course
for breakfast on weekends or an entrée for a brunch. The bun had three layers
so I cut it in 3 serving.
The first one is
scrambled eggs topping with Thai Chicken topping
The one in the center
is ham topping, (optional: you can use smoked sausage chips)
And the last one is
salad topping (individual’s choice)
While making the salad mix I had a huge serving left to
which I added red beans and fresh parsley and the salad is ready too.
Light and healthy , I love to play with flavors , ingredients and recipes
so I come up with a new dish. Have fun
making your signature food course. The one’s those go bad go to the bin rest u
celebrate.
